I have a $40k saved for my renovation in 3 years time. Where should I parked it for a good returns? Risk should be very low.

Tbill only 6 months or 1year. rates may not keep up that long for 3 years. Since u confident of the timeline of 3 years, can consider endownment plan (without investment conponents)
