With $3000, there isn't much choice apart from ETFs and RoboAdvisors. By buying into either ETFs or RoboAdvisors, it would provide you with instead diversification thus reducing your risk.

I currently have investments in 3 RoboAdvisors namely StashAway, Syfe, and DBS DigiPortfolio.

I think you may be disappointed in the honest truth, there is no "best way".
