I started working only in September 2018 as an intern and converted to a full time position in January 2019. This month's launch was the perfect choice for us. But the odds doesn't seem to be stacked in our favour. We're also unsure if we will we be able to get the grants available and use CPF to pay for the downpayment?

Hi there. Douglas here. 2nd keynote speaker.

It should be ok. HDB will assess on a case to case basis. As long as you have the funds for the booking and downpayment of the BTO HDB, it should clear. IF in doubt just check with an HDB officer in charge.
