31 years old, have full time job (Mon-Fri, and sometimes Saturday half day), sales role

Any supplements or tips that you guys are adopting?

I think it is not the quantity of sleep in this case that’s the issue but the quality of sleep. You could try to monitor your sleep patterns for a start.

You might want to get a full body checkup too to rule out any underlying health issue.

Just try to sneak in as much slp as u can, eg on the train to work, or waiting for food,people ,etc
