Through out my past ten years of attempting to hustle through, I learnt that it's very important we are very objective of what we bring to our workplace and what's the expected return, nothing less or more. And that includes your sense of fulfillment and passion. Let's get it straight, you are paid to do a specific task, don't harbour your emotions or passion or something you can't control. Maintain the same coast and start something exciting elsewhere.

I feel this depends on your priorities - im also earing below sg median income (its like 50% below hahah) and its rather a simple job like i feel its more meant for internship.
Anyways, think if acheving career milestones important to you? what is their purpose to your life? If you enjoy what you are doing and living, it is okay to be like this (it is your life so whatever others say should be an opinion only) but do think ahead of your finances & what kind of commitments you may have - the downside of this is that your salary may not be able to provide for you in years to come as the cost of living will keep going up
