..... so my question is:
how many units(aka shares) are there in a single lot? If it's 100 units/shares, am i absoulutely right to assume 10 lots = 1000 shares?

The usual lot size for a NASDAQ listed stock is 1 share.
Do confirm again on your broker site or app if they enforce any minimum share number per transaction?
Or do share the ticker code so that we can check and confirm on the lot size for that particular stock?
