I.e. The expense ratio listed in one of their ETFs is 0.7 does this means 0.7% or 70%? Am quite confused as by definition of ratio it should mean 70% however, 70% seems very huge.

0.70% is already a high total expense ratio, so your performance suffers.
with self-investing via a cheap online broker into products like cheap SP500 and/or MSCI World ETFs you would pay less.

This is the Total Expense Ratio depending on the ETF itself. There is no additional Management or Brokerage fee for your first $50,000 invested in kristal.AI!
