I think a strong case would go along the lines of misselling, you have evidence of what your requirements were and it is not aligned with what was sold. Otherwise, it will be your words against theirs.
If the argument that the policies fees and charges are high, the case may not be strong.
(I have been telling people never trust insurance from the P-company. Must always have black and white communications in writing or in email.
never never trust agents who tell you to sign blank forms, and say they will fill in later. BIG MISTAKE. They will fill in to their advantage. This is a very common tactic in their advantage.)
