I am in my early 30s and planning to have kids. Just entered a new company about 1.5 years but having poor performance reviews from boss. (continue below)?

While I'm trying my best to catch up (with lack of guidance in workplace), I'm not sure if I can meet my boss expectation eventually.

Should I continue to try to have kids in the current workplace (with stress of catching up or being laid off) ... or get into another job first until career is stabilised before trying for kids?

Government jobs are quite good for mothers. Also there are MNCs like Prudential where it gives 6 months of paid maternity leave.
1.5 years is long enough to look for a new job now
