Each ETF are managed by a fund manager.
A fund manager manages a portfolio.
Its is best you look into the portfolio and see what comapnies the fund manager are owning.
It doesnt make sense if you buy ETF with the same set of companies listed in the portfolio of either one of the fund managers.
You can go to morningstar.com where they will show you the whole list of portfolio the fund manager is managing in that ETF.
I beleive VOO tracks S&P 500 US companies
Asia REIT tracks the singapore reits companies?
So pull out all Cqqq portfolio and 3169 portfolio and see what are all the company the fund managers are holding.
Hope the above helps!
