I am a 32M single, want to purchase a condo in 2H'24. With the recent fed announcements, what do you think? Should I wait until banks here lower their rates before I can start a home loan?

Rates are always variable for new projects so don't really need to wait if got gd prject. only TOP then u get to refinance to fixed rates

I think that rather than waiting for the home loan, prioritize the project that you would want....
