I already have the debt consolidation plan with Citibank, can I delay the payment too?

I have check with Citibank that I am already under debt consolidation plan, and because of the current situation, my income is very badly affected. But they mentioned that the current support is for those who don’t have DCP. So that mean I can’t apply. Is there any other solutions?

I have around $20k in debt spread over 5-6 credit cards. Is it better to pay them off one at a time, slowly, or take a credit consolidation loan, pay them all off, and have one payment a month?
