How would you spend 30,000 Grab Points wisely?

There are various options to choose from: Shopping, Limited Edition, F&B, Etc..

Context: I’m a platinum member. I managed to accumulate, and not spend any points. I’m honestly unsure of how I can utilise these points to it’s maximum potential.

Perhaps I could buy a small product and sell it on Carousell and flip those profits by trading high ticket products.

As to how I get these points, that would be another story.

Hello, if you use take Grab or order GrabFood, Starbucks then you can probably wait for promotions that appear time to time on their app where you can redeem their vouchers at lesser points than usual. I have attached an example of the promotion they had last time in the photo below.

Otherwise, the easiest way to use them up as normal exchange rate would be to offset your spending when paying at merchants.

Personally, I wouldn't buy small products and selling them on Carousell as it would be too time-consuming and not worth the money that you can get out of it. Moreover, by selling or trading on Carousell, do keep in mind that prices of goods on Carousell are also usually marked down so even if you manage to buy the small products at a cheaper price with points, the net profit eventually might not be much.

Hope this helps! :)

The redemption rate for GrabRewards points is approximately 500 points per dollar, which means that your points are worth about $60. There are some promotions that do run from time to time that knock down the required number of points to redeem certain rewards.

It would be best to convert these points into vouchers for shops and services that you would personally use. You may want to wait until a promotion pops up before you redeem your points, but beware as Grab has been known to increase redemption values without warning before.
