Hey this could also display your tenacity to always be exploring new opportunities, within or outside of the company. And I believe this thirst for knowledge is a virtue that many new-age managers actually look for, forward looking individuals that are always up for the challenge.

When I'm hiring, I'm typically looking for a longer-term replacement that I can impart my knowledge for. While I admit its a two-way street (I must give them a reason to stay on), I would tend to approach job-hoppers with a slight degree of skepticism.
You need to be able to back up the reason of you moving jobs frequently over the previous years, there could be a variety of factors and as hiring managers we will take all that into account when we make the final decision. Ultimately, if you are super-qualified and fits the budget, there's no reason to be overly concerned :)
