I signed up for their credit card promotion and have spend the $500 limit to redeem gift. However, I've yet to receive any confirmation on their end. Anyone have experience in their procedure?

Hi Anon,
Don't worry, that's normal. SingSaver won't tell you immediately if you qualify for the gifts - you'll usually be notified near the end of the notice period.
For example, if the T&Cs state that the gift will be fulfilled within 90 days from the date of qualification, you should expect to only hear from it between day 60 - day 90 (ie 1 month before the gift is expected to be fulfilled).
This is due to the need for them to confirm with the credit card company that you did not refund/cancel any of the qualifying transactions, and they're generally slow with gift fulfilment.
The only exception I know about this is their recent partnership reward with Seedly that awarded BTC for AMEX signups - I received the signup gift within 3 weeks of qualifying for the reward.
So my advice would be to just be patient, take note of the fulfilment period of the reward you selected, and keep a lookout. If it draws terribly close to the date without any contact from SingSaver (1 week?), you may want to reach out to them.
