I think Singapore’s economy will recover to levels before Covid-19 by 2021 after shrinking 6-6.5% this year. Especially with the RCEP agreement, I expect our ties to be strengthened with China and this will in turn boost our economy quite strongly to pre-Covid levels after 3rd quarter next year.
