How to top up parents medisave

With the new interface, once you login, head over to CPF Overview e-Cashier. Select the option under 'Payment for' as 'Top up my own/recipient's RA under.....' Just make sure you select 'RA' instead of 'SA'.

You'll need to fill in your parent's NRIC number and your relationship to them during the process. It should be pretty straightfoward from here onwards. Hope this helps!

Need your parent’s NRIC.

If you log in and use your account, I think you can only top up to your own MA.
