Yeah, that’s a fair point, everyone does have their own mix of strengths and flaws. In a workplace, it’s less about finding someone “truly for you” and more about noticing consistency. If someone supports you even when it doesn’t directly benefit them, gives honest feedback respectfully, and doesn’t switch up their attitude depending on who’s watching, that’s usually a good sign they’re genuine.
