How to tell whether someone is being truly for me when at workplace? Isn’t everyone have their own weakness and strengths?

If someone supports you even when it doesn’t directly benefit them, gives honest feedback respectfully, and doesn’t switch up their attitude depending on who’s watching, that’s usually a good sign they’re genuine.
