How to start a regular investment plan on ETFs - Dow Jones and S&P500 ?

I would like to start a regular investment plan on ETFs - Dow Jones and S&P500. Can anyone advise which local platform provide such access with the lowest charges ? Many thanks In advance !

SP500 via f.ex. tickers VOO, IVV or VUSA/VUSD seems fine, with uncertain weeks currently, wait a bit yet
