How to setup Poems RSP Unit Trust auto DCA using SRS-IA

I have submitted in RSP UT using SRS-IA early this week and the instructions are visible in Poems desktop portal (not app). After 7th of the month, nothing happen. In app RSP UT page only showing Giro is required, i have done that too, i don't think SRS as the source of fund required giro. I feel that Poems is much more difficult to use evenif i compare it to IBKR. Could anyone who has successfully setup this share the experience with us? Thanks in advance.

Ur can contact the centre via watsapp, call or go down direct to their place , they will do for u.
