Maybe start small by taking small steps to change ur lifestyle eg if u dont usually run, start jogging for a short distance, and progress slowly when u feel like u are accustomed to it, in ns u will have to wake up at around 5am and sleep by 10pm+, so maybe start adjusting ur body clock by waking up and sleeping half an hour earlier over the next few mths
other tips will be that keep a positive attitude , be open to any form of feedback etc

Try to at least push your BMI down to be fit enough to get your 2 month exemption. Next, try to wake up at around 6.30am everyday progressively moving towards 5am towards your enlistment. You will be having lots of early mornings so prep your body for that. Also, read lots of articles about the general life in bunk and prepare yourself to socialise with your bunkmates. In NS, the best medicine to a demoralising army life is good companionship!βββ
