Hello Seedly,
My mother is currently very stressed out from her job as a financial executive because of her toxic workplace and unreasonable workload. However, because she doesn't have a diploma/degree since she only finished secondary school and has been working for her company for the past upwards of 20 years, she feels like there is no opportunity out there for her. Any idea how I (going to start uni in 5 months) can help her find and/or transition into a new job?
