How to handle online shopping delivery when you are not home to receive it?

I receive about 5-15 packages every month from online purchases. I have no one to accept package at home during normal working hour thus I ship them to office. Recently, my office has banned personal delivery to office. Any suggestion to handle these situation?

Get help from your neighbor to collect, else ask the deliveryman to hide somewhere

Will ask deliver man to put inside the riser.. if not, ask neighbour to receive on behalf.
