How to get withdrawal from Gemini?

I have about USD13K sitting in Gemini and USD300 worth of BAL in my portfolio, how do I withdrawal all of it out? I tried to withdraw to my registered bank account but it is not showing under withdrawal (only via debit card if it even works?) and I cannot sell my BAL as it shows trading unavailable for this coin?

Gemini used to be my favorite fiat on-ramp exchange. I stopped using Gemini for many obvious reasons when I learned black belt kung fu skills from ex-Wall Street gurus.
