How to get started on property journey? Any recommended websites, blogs, influencer real estate agents, etc?

Late 20s and single. Hope to own property (either for living or investing). Wondering whether to look within SG or overseas. Heard it's good to get started early for various reasons. Property is so intimidating tho! How did you plan or prepare for it?

I would recommend:

Youtube channel- Aaron Lin. He is a property agent also.

He give a practical view on property market in sg and very informative about the rules and regulation of sg. Most importantly, he dont sell you dream.

There are also other youtuber. But that one i listen only for entertianment, of course there is also some value;

But 1 common thing after listen to so many youtuber. Dont buy oversea. How you invest in property depend on the rule and regulation of individual countries.

Most important you need to have sufficient cash to pay down payment, then sufficient cpf to pay installment and how much loan you can borrow.

1 person is difficult. Maybe able to afford a 1 bedroom only. Thus is best to get marry early, and is best ur spouse have a common understanding with you.
