How to get passive income ?

How do I get passive income? Not gonna use the no money down to get properties which is currently flooding and trending around the Facebook looks pretty nice at first but looks hard to cover. Eg. Stamp duty fees. How do I get passive income other than etf, ssb, fd, trading and insurance company. S&P500 looks like got currency risk in future. Need some advice on getting passive income thank you.

Dividends from stocks or Reits will be the simplest way to earn passive income. Otherwise, passive income can also be generated via royalties, for eg you write a book and copies get sold, or businesses you own.
