For investors to qualify with hedge fund investment you will need to be an accredited investor, meaning you must have:

Net assets exceeding S$2 million (with S$1 million counting only for property assets) or a corporation with net assets that exceed S$10 million
Income exceeding $300,000 for the last 12 months
