Depending on which platform you are buying from, some I believe might allow bank transfer/paylah to make payment or top up to their wallet before purchasing.
If not then you can consider getting a debit card from your bank or apply for debit/multi-currency cards like Revolut, GrabPay, YouTrip, Singtel Dash, TransferWise or Singlife to use to purchase things online.

Most websites I shop on (Shopee, Lazada etc.) doesn't require credit cards. A debit card would suffice and you occasionally can obtain vouchers from using relevant debit cards! If would be good to sign up for one if you do not already have one. You can check out this DBS debit card. It's a very fuss-free card.
