How to apply for home with non pr foreigners who dont live in the country?

My boyfriend is american who lives in the US and im local,we plan to get married in 3-4 years can we apply for bto now if he doesnt have pr? What other options do we have other than resale?

Unfortunately, you must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident to own an HDB flat. Foreigners cannot own an HDB flat. Do let us know the exact details, and perhaps we could help further?
