How should you explain to your next employer why you got terminated from your previous job?

The real reason was both parties tried teaching and learning programming but it was a job mismatch.

You can just say that it was a mismatch and both parties decided that this is not a good fit. Also good to add on what you've learnt from this experience and why you think the new scope would fit you better.

Just explain plainly what happened. A mismatch is a mismatch, valid reason to move on.
