Depends on the stage of your life. If you are not earning alot & yet you are spending all your money on grab, that's quite ridiculous... But if you are earning high pay, taking grab helps you to sleep more, focus more and do better... It's economically better in a way then yeah. So really depends on what you are referring to

Some people might evaluate this logically base on a cost/benefit basis. e.g getting $20 grabfood while you earn $30 is "worth it" but not if you earn $10

however after spending sometime in life, you will realised that not everything can be calculated in dollar and cents (as most things valueable in life are)

what's worth it comes down personally to an indivi/

For me, I don't mind paying an affordable price for saving time. For example, a robot cleaner/weekly...
