How safe are bond ETFs / bond portfolio on robos as mid term savings funds for 1-2 years?

Thinking about reducing how much money I put in ocbc 360 account with the recent rate cuts

Hello there! There are plenty of bonds ETFs out there so depending on which one you are referring to. Given the low interest rate environment, the bond prices are generally high and the yields are generally low.
