Considering that now there are many SIM-only no contract plans and if you are on those plans, do you still change phone every 2 years?

1 + 2: nope! i'm currently using an iPhone 7s which i got in 2017, so this is my 4th year with this phone!
3: retail stores! i prefer to buy them after checking the quality irl

I have been on contract and not SIM-only plan. If my phone spoil, I’ll change phone!! I’m still using my IPHONE XS from 2 years+ ago!!:)
