Looking at investing in myself, to increase earning power and employability through building soft skills. I recognise that the connecting with people, speaking to clients, being able to hold conversations with senior management are skills that are transferable across industries.

As what one of the comments mentioned check with your manager if there's any sponsored courses you can attend, usually the company will cover majority of the fees and often there are subsidies from the government that can offset the remaining.
In the past I was sponsored < 3k for 2-3 day type "masterclasses", do check out the # of course participants as networking and a diverse group of attendees gives you the most bang for your buck.
And just my opinion, longer courses takes too much time away from generating real business outcomes and often over focus on theory.
