Hi there, would like to seek some expert opinion regarding my salary.
Currently im drawing 2.9k(Before CPF) and my company is promoting me to a team manager due to a departure of another staff,
Question: Is asking for a increment of 2k is too much? Felt that im underpaid after looking at the market.
