Hundreds of millions.

The franchise was sold last time and I think someone bought for a few hundred million....no one will be crazy to pay so much if mcdonalds doesnt generate millions a year. Mcdonalds is a sure make money machine.

Based on US financial report, their net income in 2018 was USD5,924 million, a 14% increase from 2017. I think this accounts for all the Macs in the world (not sure about this). But yea the numbers look impressive.
