How much is too much? At what point at work will you tell yourself that you will no longer accept whatever that you have been doing or forced to do as acceptable or for growth?

Been quite jaded and miserable at work recently...

I tell myself that I will NOT stay in my first company Prudential, when I realized that it did not care about my career growth.
I did 2 years worth of various saikang like organising D&D, department retreat, new year celebration, and almost every week I was staying back till late trying to get approval for various initiatives. I tried to do my best so that when I finished the MA programme, I hopefully can get into a dept that I went to.
Then HR actually told me that I'm a plaster, I go wherever the company decides it needs to plug a gap. My interest or aptitude was not taken into account at all.

After hopping around. Found that all place is the same, no matter where you go. Is a viscious cycle. The only way is to obtain financial freedom, and retire early. This is my motivation for investment, to generate passive income.

And passive income take time to happen, unlike some youtube ads said otherwise.
