How much is enough is for a family of 4 (2 Adults, 16 years n 6 years old kids)?

How much is enough is for a family of 4 (2 Adults, 16 years n 6 years old kids)
1) Have a car, need to use as work (have pay 1.3 yrs, bal 3.9 yrs to pay)
2) House fully pay only need to repay my own CPF
3) About 1.2K insurance for the 4 of us.
So how much is enough???????????
