I think its subjective, the child can go to CC to attend enrichment classes or private 1 to 1 session?

I think it depends on your comfort level. I just learnt that my colleague gives his two children $20 each every week. I would want to give my child $40 as pocket money next time

It can get as low as you wan and as high as your can afford
