Hi there, our blog article on "What is The Perfect Number of Stocks to Have in Your Portfolio?" might help you.
"In the book Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management, authors Frank Reily and Keith Brown conducted a set of studies of randomly selected stocks and found that:
“…about 90 per cent of the maximum benefit of diversification was derived from portfolios of 12 to 18 stocks.“
To put it in another way, you get to enjoy about 90 per cent of benefits brought about by diversification, by having about 12 to 18 stocks in an equally weighted portfolio diversified over sectors, industries and geographical locations."

Some folks will say the sweet spot is 10-15 stocks. I think you can have that, provided your portfolio is in the $100Ks.

Currently i have 1 ETF, and 13 local stocks in my portfolio which is manageable.
Periodically i wll review the perfomance of the stocks, plan to review n divest 1 or 2 stocks(which are not performing, at an appropriate time n share price) so that i can consolidate my shareholdings in the better performing stocks in my portfolio.
