You can own as many as you like as long as u can manage it. I personally have around 4 credit card. But only actively using 2-3, the other one is just for sign up bonus!
Posb everyday is good only if you spend on the watsons/supermarket categories.
Citi smrt is okay since you surpass it min spending requirements of 500.
I suggest you aim for higher spending limit cards like uob one since they give more cashback in return. Do check out singsaver credit card list.

You can consider Maybank Family & Friends card.
It can potentially cover most of your spending on a 8% rebate except for SP bill.
Do note there is a monthly cap of $25 for each eligible category.

On the question whether should one hold multiple credit cards, I would like to share my experience. I hold multiple credit cards but using only 1 as the main card and spending occasionally on other cards when there is promotion. I have applied for many credit cards throughout the years to maximise the rebate/rewards. However, nowadays, most credit card impose a rather steep minimum spending, hence, it is better to stay loyal to 1-2 cards. Having multiple cards also means spending more time to manage those cards, i.e. ensuring that you pay the bill on time, waiving annual fee, checking statement, etc.
