How Long does it take to open TD Ameritrade account?

I submitted my application last week, but still have not heard anything back from them. The contact in the mobile app is a US toll which is not diable from Singapore. Singapore direct customer service keeps you waiting on the line for hours. Anyone knows how to contact them in a faster way? Thank you.
