What if during annual health screening that the doctor subsequently recommends you to undergo scoping and not you explicitly asking for it tho?

Hi there,
I think you might have answered your own question there! If it is prompted by the attending physician, due to a possible suspicion of an underlying problem, it is claimable under your ISP and MSHL.
This was an isolated incident, only done by one insurer at this point. They have retroactively adjusted their stance on this medical procedure.
