How is ECDA (Early Child Development) fee caps on AOP calculated?
The AOP cap mentioned in ECDA states as $720 monthly school fees for Anchor-operated centers (such as sparkletots). Is this $720 cap applied after the basic subsidies of working mom? I am currently paying $450 after working mom subsidy of $300. This makes the monthly fees for singaporean at $750 (which is more than fee cap). Anyone know how this school fees are actually calculated?
