How does the ICBC Global Travel MasterCard credit card fare against other credit cards specifically on overseas spending?

This really isn't a card you get for spending, per se. although you earn a fairly impressive 3% cashback on overseas spending, you could do better with miles cards like the boc elite miles world mastercard (3 mpd, generally held to be worth more than 3% cashback)

what you should get it for is the 6 free lounge visits. that's an awesome benefit to have, especially when the annual fee is waived.
