How do you track stocks you've researched but haven't bought yet?

I have a list of tickers I researched a while back, but I seldom remember to go back to check if my original reasons for buying still hold up. Price alerts don't really help since they only flag price moves, not whether the story behind the stock has actually changed. Curious what others use to stay on top of this.

You can keep a simple investment journal and review it every quarter alongside earnings, so you're checking whether the reasons you bought still hold instead of reacting only to price movements.

When the stock reach my target price, i will relook at their fundamentals instead of buying immediately.
