Other than policies, it is also important to have the MINDSET of fellow colleagues algin with the system. No point having nursing room for mummies to pump milk, allowing flexible work arrangement (be it change in working hours or WFH), and end up the mummy-at-work need to face unfriendly glances from the fellow coworkers, & endure gossips behind her back.
