How do you think workplaces can better support women balancing career progression and caregiving responsibilities?

more nursing rooms (not toilet!)

inside offices have some private spaces where women can have put a crib and still work in the same space.

Flexible work hours, flexible WFH, allow to convert to PT arrangement.

G agencies must also start to take the lead: review mandatory hours even for contractors.

and i think it also applies to men and women.
