Unpopular answer: I don't have work life balance yet because if I had work life balance, I would not be able to earn the money that I earn.

Earning alot of money demands sacrifices, and one of the them is work-life balance.

This is a sacrfice that isn't for everyone. There will be mental stress. There will be missed social opportunities. There will be moments you feel alone.

That said, who said earning alot of money was easy?
