How do you go about purchasing OTC stocks?

Just curious! since I purely buy on exchanges, but know of these OTC stocks. How do you get them in SG?

Um. Buy an investment bank?
On a more (in relative terms) attainable sense... (somehow) get a few (tens/hundreds?) millions of dollars and become an insitutional investor?

More seriously, OTC stocks present special risks and their bespoke/custom nature makes them not suitable for regular investors.
