How do you deal with recruiters that are asking you if you are interested to join their company?

I am receiving such request of 4-5 per month. I am happy with the current workplace but also want to keep my options open. Will it be okay for me to talk to them to know more about the work before rejecting them?

Is this consider headhunting?

Don't burn bridges you may have to cross in the future. Just politely decline, tell them you're in the industry and will recommend if a suitable candidate surfaces.

Then, keep in touch with them.

Your next job hunt would be a breeze.

Should be basic + comm OR full commission.
If you like type of payment structure and like interact with people then can try. Comm based reward you base on your result rather then hours you spend.
